Great little break away, during half term.

The rooftop pool and Spa facilities.

Most staff were approachable and nice, however there was one that was abit rude. Also there was no iron available.

Great location, clean rooms and good location.

It's a lovely hotel with a lovely roof top and bar/restaurant but didn't try the food so can't comment on that. It's a quick taxi to the Hi Ibiza if that is your buzz (20 with the tip added if you're going there) but after being at such a club, it's a lovely place to chill back too. Also close to supermarkets, restaurants/bars and the marina. Lovely place and close to all you need. Can't say I spent enough time there to really make the most of it but overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Got there and the balcony door wasn't closing and the TV volume only goes to 25%. Balcony door got fixed quick enough. The TV volume is what it is because it is a hotel setting from people abusing it so that's understandable. Otherwise, again, not much at all to fault the place about.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff.Avoid!!

Reception staff are the most unfriendly people I have ever met in any hotel.They are extremely unfriendly. Not a smile to welcome you. They do not care if your are a booking Genius member!!! My room was dark and had some lights not working, had to report it and yet they were not apologetic about it. They couldnt care less about your custom! If you are coloured do not stay at this hotel. I felt extremely uncomfortable !!!!

An electric cap will make a big difference like in majority of the 4 stars hotel, as I found in the rest of Spain, is not about the money you spend is about a great comfort you may offer to your clients, Thank you!

Great location and lovely clean hotel.

Good central location and lovely roof top pool area.

Had to change rooms after the first night due to the noise from the bar outside. Not the hotels fault but very noisy. Hotel staff helped us move rooms next morning.

I will consider staying at Royal Plaza again , no problem.

View with open space and on high floor. Hotel not far from Vara del Re. Hotel could arrange with large carpark in front to make available space for guests with cars.

On day of arrival We were given a super room however it was situated in front of the LIFTS and late night early morning was woken up by rowdy inconsiderate patrons, in no way I fault the Hotel admin. We were allowed a quite room the next day.

Enjoyed my time here and would recommend.

The pool area was good, with a small gym. The location of the hotel is good also. 10 minute walk to the bus station and less time to walk to the harbour and edge of the old town.

Room was a bit dated, and didn't have a balcony. I felt breakfast should have been included in the price and not an extra cost.

Fine accommodations for a few days near olde towne Ibiza.

Convenient location with a short 500m walk to the olde towne. The room is small, but comfortable. The view from a common room is the apartment across the way. The bed/pillows are comfy, water is hot with good pressure and the wifi is decent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a 3-star hotel. Parking options are dismal as there are few parking spaces in the basement (1st come, 1st serve) and there's no check-in/baggage drop parking. You must stop in the street and irritate the folk stuck behind you for a few minutes. There is 39 euro/night parking nearby and free overnight parking 1km away if you can find a spot.
