    Great location!
    Location was GREAT!
    My son wanted to swim in the indoor pool but the pool room was dark since the lights were automatic. It was 6pm and no lights came on so we had to leave.

    Will never stay at this location again.
    Breakfest was Ok. Location was Ok.
    Was overvalued. Say they are pet friendly. Far from it. They charged me $432 unauthorized for leaving my dogs in their crates while we went out to eat and visit Ruidoso the 2 days we were there. They said the room was not able to be rented out for a day after we check out due to the dogs being left unintended. They never asked questions. Just charged me with no authorization.

    I called to inform I can't make the checkout at 11, because I we went out for breakfast and we got a Tire Flat, and we need time to fixed and the person said was ok, but went we arrive there was a Lady about 70 years Old, She shows like mad for my situation, but well is something no planed.

    Highly recommend it!
    Very clean and all the staff was friendly. Great location and the breakfast was really good. We had a family trip and we loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

    Friendly Hotel
    Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean and modern hotel. The lady that checked us in quickly located the closest place where we could grab a bite to eat at a late hour. Definitely coming back.
