The rooms a (Read More)re small but clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and accommodating. However, the hotel does not have bar/restaurant facilities on Mondays and the rooms are not soundproof. The underground parking is expensive, but to be expected in the city. Overall, it is a good hotel with some minor drawbacks.

    Amazing stay close to the center
    The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They helped us with directions and getting to different places in the city. The rooms were great and very handicap accessible. The breakfast was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay.

    Superb location in Jewish quarter, 15 minute walk into centre of old town.
    Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, super location, parking space in garage.
    Cafe/bar didnt appear to be open for snacks. All catering closed on Monday, only 1 teabag in the room, paper cups in bathroom. Ice bucket in room but no wine glasses. Strange and annoying assortment of niggles.

    Well positioned comfortable hotel with great breakfast
    Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Great bath. Very generous and tasty breakfast with good choice.
    Small room. No lounge.

    Clean good accommodation but access is limited and difficult.
    Clean nice accommodation. Close to the attractions.
    Parking was extremely difficult. Parking was requested at the time of booking. When arrived I was no parking available. Staff directed me to an alternative parking place. But no spaces available when I arrived. Shower in the bath was inconvenient. Water leaked everywhere while showering.

    Lovely 2 day stay I. This historic city.
    Beautiful historic building in a great location, close to everything.
    The Terrace was actually right on the edge of the road which was quite busy. However the food was amazing!
