The hotel is facing the main road and during our stay there was bazaar going on opposite the hotel which was very noisy!

Average overall experience
The hotel bed was big, but it was joined by two single beds. Hence a little uncomfortable to sleep as theres a middle gap.
Breakfast selection was little and I booked 3days 2 nights but I only had breakfast coupon for one day
The location is really near the ferry terminal
Although the ferry terminal is very near (walkable distance) however Batam does not have enough pedestrian walking which makes the area kind of difficult to reach. And theres literally nothing around hotel santika (to eat or to shop)
The water coming out from the tap and shower has a weird smell, not sure if its a Batam thing though

A very good 3 star hotel
The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast were also quite good.
The Aircon in the corner deluxe room are located away from the bed. We could not feel it even with full power. Walking to the hotel from Megamall at the round about can be dangerous as there are no proper footpath.

Great experience will come again but wil request for another card lol.
Clean and places is easy to find grab car. Staff are friendly too and polite, help us send back our luggage back to hotel.
Only have one card for the room. Didnt have extra for the room to keep electricity on going.
