location by the sea, next to shopping mall and close to transport/metro options
Lounge from floor 15 not available for at least 3-4 months, not updated in description and not mentioned at reception.
Always a long waiting list at reception, had to wait even 20 mins to get a new key for the room; not worth 4 stars+.
Value for money for breakfast was poor.

The bathroom, although spacious, has a bad functionality: the small bath tube, with the soap holder placed on the wall in such a way that you bump into it every time you take a shower. The glass window in the bathroom can be unpleasant when traveling with a child.
