The hotel has modern concept rooms. They were very tidy and comfy.
There was a miscommunication regarding the number of persons staying in the room. Although this happened the hotel tried its utmost to resolve this mistake.

Nice stay but some things could be perfeccted
The room was nice. The hotel is near a subway station on line 1.
The bathroom is in the room. Toilets are only separated by a glass door, not closing properly.
Its uncomfortable and not practical at all.
Also, eggs, beans, bacon during breakfast were cold everyday .

Good for a short stay, but I wouldnt choose it for work, as not being able to fall asleep due to hearing everything is
Good breakfast everyday, great location and comfy bed.
I could hear my neighbors very well, half of my stay I had to wear earplugs at night. Airline workers arent the quietest. Also on Fridays people order hookers in that place, so you can hear a lot of stuff.
Super humid A/C. I had to open my window every time I came back to the room and before sleep.

Loved the friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms, perfect location for exploring Barcelona!
The only thing I would recommend changing it, is sauna's shower cleanliness. But except that, everything else is great!

Nice clean rooms
We arrived late on a Friday night and there was a very loud party happening in the lobby, and unfortunately our room was only on the 1st floor so could still hear it a little in our room. Room service didnt answer the phone, and the restaurant wasnt serving any food at 4pm on a Saturday and no nearby supermarkets. Its about 30minute walk in any direct to get to the main attractions.

Staff was great but the facilities are clearly neglected and maintenance should have a weekly check.
Staff was very helpfull and accommodating
We had to move room twice during our stay for different reason one of them being that our ceiling had mould on it which is unacceptable for any type of hotel.
