Spacious rooms, great location - central but not a loud street, also a supermarket was 2 min away

can't compain, maybe the only problem was that the luggage that customers store after they check out is in the hallway and not in a special room, like I've seen in other hotels. But it's a minor detail

Would stay here again!

Excellent service! The staff were really lovely and helpful. Location was great, close to many restaurants and shops but not in the middle of all the tourist spots. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and clean our room was. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed our 3 night stay!

All good, location, room, and staff were great.

Great location, staff was always smiling and always here if you needed. They offered us to get a better room (paying an additional small fee). The view from the room (25) with balcony was amazing. You can reach everything within 10-15 min, restaurants near the hotel are good. Bed was comfortable

Lovely place

Receptionists were super friendly and familiarised us of the tourist spots as well as prices for gondola rides so we would avoid being scammed. Location was fantastic, was a quick walk to San Marco & Rialto areas. Room was clean and comfy. Very good value for the price!

Lovely stay in Venice

Location was perfect: walking distance to Rialto, San Marco, Fondamenta Nuove (vaporetto to Murano/Burano), surrounded by good restaurants and a lot of life. The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, warm we had an overall great stay.

We stayed at the top floor+stairs. Theres some rework going on which can make it a bit noisy in the afternoon. Unless you come back in the middle of the day, (like us), shouldnt be a bother.
