I loved the staff Joan, Javier & the night manager from Argentina Were all very professional and made my stay better. I had to quickly switch from a hostel to hotel and the night maker was excellent in accommodating me. Joan helped me get the hit water working in my room and was very helpful in the morning. Javi was nice enough to call me taxi after I checked put and walked around the city looking for one ..came back and he was also helpful in calling my driver to let them know I was om my way in Spanish. Thank you all for this beautiful stay in Alicante. I will be back and love the style of this hotel. Was lovely

It was very healthy, the only thing was they brought your egg dish the same time as yogurt etc , so it was cold before your finished your yogurt

That their was no kettle & cups in the room tea or coffee
