    Only breathing space was a fourth floor terrace with some nice flower pots and a bar.
    This is an ordinary hotel right on the mall area full of noisy crowd and shops on a narrow alley without any parking or view of the mountains or rivers from the room. Concrete construction is all you can see from the bedroom windows. Room service offers only a few of the items listed in the menu that too at a price on the higher end. No greenery or garden. Room rentals seemed higher compared to other hotels at a quieter and scenic locale.

    Hotel location is very good..Staffs are very helpful..Room Service is very much responsive..Rooms were clean but cleanliness of the rooms could be improved..and the lights in the room felt like a little dull..it can be improved too.
    The hotel doesn't provide room heater for free..It should be considered as basic amenity in such freezing weather conditions of Manali.

    Great stay!
    Extremely close to mall road which is the busiest area in Manali. Very neat room with clean bathroom. Tidy reception area and warm staffs.
    No hot water kettle but they bring warm water on need basis. Only Veg food available, pretty bad when you are a non-veg lover in such cold place.
