The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They ask where they can help and are smiling all day.
This is the longest check-in process ever. Waiting for over 20 minutes. Same for check-out. Rooms are nice, but you see that some things are already damaged.

Great hotel - highly recommend.
I booked Hotel Sophia for a special occasion with my partner and the hotel staff were exceptional in helping make it so memorable for us. They were welcoming from the outset and went above and beyond to make us feel special which we're very grateful for. It's a well maintained hotel with good amenities, comfortable bedrooms and a convenient location within short walking distance of a metro station. We look forward to returning again one day.
The process for checking-in/out at reception was quite time consuming resulting in long queues at reception. It could be streamlined a bit better.

Amazing place to relax
One of the best hotels, I have ever stayed in. Room is big. Breakfast is very nice. Great variations of cold and warm dishes. We have truly enjoyed our stay. All of the staff are very friendly and helpfull.

Nice room, spatious and modern. the walk in shower was really nice. walking distance to the metro, the hop on hop off bus is also very close and el corte ingles. I would come back.
wifi, literally we could not get wifi access in room 310 and called the reception twice but the issue wasnt solved. Also when we ordered room service we were not informed of the 6euros fee which just found about when i was doing the check out
