    The Hotel St. Marie is a beautifully remodeled hotel with lovely customer service staff. While some guests were disappointed with the lack of bathtubs, they praised the addition of coffee makers in t (Read More)he rooms. The hotel is located in the French Quarter, providing a great location for exploring. Guests appreciated the excellent service and special mentions to staff members. The rooms are well maintained and the hotel has a perfect location next to Bourbon Street.

    The Staff was incredible. The hotel location was perfect. Not on Bourbon but very close. Beds were comfortable and room was spot less.

    It was my daughters Birthday and I called to have a bottle of champagne delivered. Never happened! Getting to touch with the front desk is hard and they werent very cordial.

    We had a nice stay at your hotel. The people working there was friendly and great.
    Beautiful room. Enjoyed the balcony looking over the court yard at night. O It was very pretty with the lights and you could hear the music from the streets. It was great new experiences.
    No iron/ironing board or microwave in room. Also, my husband has a urostomy bag due to having bladder cancer and I knocked over his urine bottle on the train. There was no laundry Facility to wash his backpack or clothes that it spilled on. So. I had to wash his stuff in the bathroom and hang it in the shower. We came to the hotel late on Saturday and no laundry pickup until Monday.

    It is a 3 star hotel and the staff are great. I was concerned before we got there but the location and staff made up for the older nature of the hotel. I would stay there again

    Clean, cute hotel option in the Quarter.
    Nice, clean, friendly-staffed hotel pleasingly in midst of NOs French Quarter. Cute courtyard with pool, quiet, clean. Bathroom was quite small, but room overall was fine with 2 queen beds and courtyard view/very small balcony w standing room. While there is a very small counter/cafe with baked goods and sandwiches, the bar and restaurant on-site appeared closed / no traffic / un-trafficked so if youre looking for extravagant dining options on-site you might look elsewhere, but, in terms of room and convenient in-out in French Quarter it was fine.
    Very small bathroom. Very limited food/drink/beverage options within hotel if thats important to you.

    Wonderful stay in NOLA....Close proximity to everything you need to have an enjoyable time.
    Hotel was located within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. The restroom is a little small but hey, wasn't in New Orleans to spend time in the restroom. I do have to say though that the water pressure in the shower was great. Food in restaurant was good as well.
