    Fantastic hotel, great location
    Fantastic hotel, excellent staff who were friendly, courteous and helpful. Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport nearby but it's not too congested or busy, unlike central KL. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable, lots of amenities provided. There were so many food and drink options nearby and even if you didn't fancy any of the cafes or restaurants, there were supermarkets or shopping malls nearby where you can find more food options. The hotel was also fairly close to other tourist attractions, we got there by Grab or public transport easily. Had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely return in the future.

    The Stripes has been always my choice of hotel if i'm in KL city
    Room was clean as expected, didn't try the pool due short period of stay.
    The reception phone line was the worst, most of the time no answer , needs to call few times to get intouch with them for any request. I do understand it might be a peak hour for the operators but at least make effort to call back when we leave a message.

    Excellent hotel! The room is very clean. People working there are nice, always smiling and helpful. View from the pool is great and there is also a bar, where food van be ordered. Breakfast is good, even if you come almost at the end of breakfast time, everything is always available. Value for money is good.

    Perfect location, calm area, clean and the stuff - amazing !
    Very calm area, stuff was amazing all the time! And the breakfast? Haeven!
    The bar is closing very early on New Years Eve celebration. Stuff can inform the fuest about that. All of us were super suprised. But still I understand there are some rules.

    Great size rooms that were very reasonably priced. Relatively well-equipped hotel gym and rooftop pool available (albeit the rooftop bar only opens late on in the day with zero provision for drinks out of hours).
    Reception staff were unfriendly and not as attentive as expected. Despite the hotel advertising many of its rooms as having city-views - a great deal of the windows are blocked by the hotel brick wall facade.
