    Second visit not acceptable and definitely not worth the money paid
    This review is based on two visits first visit couldnt fault it, room was lovely and service was excellent. Second visit was not acceptable, room was dated (bathroom was comical) and dirty and certainly was not the superior room as booked. When we challenged the receptionist in the morning she said it was our fault for not coming back to reception after we checked in and offered nothing, even though she admitted they made a mistake and gave us a budget room. Not acceptable.

    Our room was modern minimalistic style which we really liked and felt comfortable with. The size of the room was just good enough for two. The location was super convenient as it is close to tram station, metro, hotel is in a center of Geneva, walking distance to the lake and Jet deau. Staffs are polite, vigilant with any request and respond to requests immediately.

    Great location right near the train station. Had a single room with balcony which had ample space for one person. Reception staff were super friendly.
    It was very hot in the hotel so had to sleep with window/balcony door open which meant it was a little more noisy.

    The location was so perfect. the staff was so nice and cheerful . It was very clean.
    The bed wasn't comfortable. The light wasn't strong enough.

    Good short stay in central Geneva
    Excellent location (across the road from the train station & short walk to Lake Geneva), staff very friendly and helpful, spacious bathroom, TV with channels from various countries, free wifi, good continental breakfast with some hot options (16CHF - food value considering it was a buffet), good shower pressure, hotel lift was modern and was very quick to arrive when requested, housekeeping was daily and room came with a fridge which was handy for storing swiss cheese until our departure.
    The room temperature was hard to regulate - at times the room was too hot. Not a lot of information was given by the receptionist at check-in, didn't understand the need to have the kettle and coffee in the bathroom and not on the desk in the bedroom - seemed to be a bit of a health and safety hazard having so many glass cups (2 coffee glass mugs and 2 water glasses).

    Great stay and perfect location
    We did not try the breakfast but the location was great we could go around the city really easily. The room was confortable even though we had some noise coming from the room next to us but nothing too bad !
