    Location great, literally across road from Calle larios Room clean but towels definitely had seen better days. Room warm. Had some channels in English on tv. Quiet
    No tea/ coffee available, no kettle in room. Beds not very comfortable.. two single beds. Definitely a place to drop off luggage and go off exploring ..

    Love the Sur. - Clean, comfortable, great staff and the location is unbeatable
    Fabulous location. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly efficient staff (Diego on reception is polite and charming). Large room overlooking restaurants & bars opposite but wasnt noisy. Buffet Breakfast is served 7.30-10.30 so not rushed. Luggage storage if required.
    Shower height not adjustable Hot drink machine at breakfast was a little slow - often queues waiting Nothing else

    The staff were great, especially Raphael and Diego, really helpful and friendly. The location is great, beds comfy and hotel was super clean and tidy . I would definitely stay again.
    The breakfast was a bit on the basic side but standard continental so not unexpected.

    Central hotel, beach marina side. Quite modern and trendy. We had an indoor 'view' but the room still seemed light and airy. Nice little bar and breakfast outside seating area. Better than a lot of other Malaga hotels.
    Bit pricey for everything especially water, which to be honest is quite unforgivable, in such temperatures.

    It's a good option but it needs improvements for me to choose it again.
    The staff were friendly and the hotel was easy to find. It's in a good location with a lot of options directly around it and it is within walking distance of the center. The 24hr reception was a good resource of information. The beds were comfortable and there are channels from various countries available on the television.
    Noisy corridors echoing with the sounds of people coming and going even if they're not making a lot of noise. You could hear people in other rooms as well. I could hear all too clearly someone urinating in an adjacent room, for example. In my own bathroom the toilet was not fully secured and rocked back and forth a little, just enough to be unsettling.

    The Sur is in an excellent location to access Malaga's places of interest and the beach. It is in a traffic free street so is very quiet. The rooms are a good size with walk- in showers in the bathroom. There is a great choice for breakfast. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend the Sur to anyone looking for a central hotel at a reasonable price. Good value.
