Staff were friendly and accomodated few extra requests. Breakfast was great. Rooms and overall property was very clean

Overprice considering the facilities

Housekeeping and the department responsible for beds and room was a disaster , people were just not bothered about cleanliness for bed sheets and towels

This confusion in Beds messed up our entire mood.

Location, bfast, dinner!

Lunch . Bfast were not value for money . Some of the front end receptionist were not professional . The photos uploaded on Booking . Com Are quite confusing and doesnt show which type of room has single bed/ double bed/ selerate beds!

1. The food at their restaurant was awesome. 2. The room was cleaner and tidier. 3. Free shuttle service to Shirdi temple. 4. The bed was comfortable and good.

1. Electrical plug points were not working; called maintenance, and it was fixed. 2. Hot water was not available in the evening; called maintenance, and it was fixed. 3. During the night, unable to change the AC temperature. I was very sleepy, so I didn't call maintenance and adjusted with the temperature. 4. The next morning, hot water was not available again; called maintenance, waited for a long time, and ended up taking a cold shower as I had an appointment. (It was winter.)
