bad experience during my 3rd visit to the property. Management is complacent and just doesnt care

only food maybe.

I have stayed there a couple of time and initially the service was good.however my last stay was horrible. I changed my room thrice in a span of 2 nights. AC wasnt cooling at all and rooms are a bit stuffy and congested and the management is just not concerned about customer reviews. The maintenance team literally cleaned the AC filter in front of me at 12 in the night. Wasnt it a peer of AC service? The next day AC was shutting off in 5. mins and the maintenance took 1 hour to do R&D and finally changed my room Room rates are also not worth it. Its supposed to be a new property but a lot of stuff inside rooms are broken. Service has gone totally downhill. Breakfast is also very average. Hope they room services- not recommend for stay in summers

One of the best places to stay in Jamshedpur

Big room with all amenities. Large window with good view. Food variety and budget friendly food prices. Multiple dining options - rooftop, buffet, ala carte, in room. Basement parking with ample space. Friendly staff.

The swimming pool is very small and serves only aesthetic purposes. The quality of bathroom toiletries could be better.

Hotel tried to refuse us because we are not married. This was not mentioned in the policy anywhere on booking.com
