Hotel staff tried to rip off at every turn
The fact that it is located inside the fort is the only plus point
This is the second time we went to this property. So we know the category and rates of individual rooms. We were given a different and much smaller room than the one which was shown while booking. When I complained about it they just laughed it off. We tried to book a desert safari through the hotel, but the rate that they were quoting was simply a rip-off. The restaurant is good but pricey. Same or better quality food is available in nearby resturants at much lower rates, so again a rip off. During our stay there was a lot of renovation going on in our adjacent room and it was very noisy. When I tried to reason with them they dismissed it as a normal thing.

I arrived very late after my train had been delayed for two hours - the door was open, and someone woke up and showed m to my room. Sunrise on the roof the following morning was breathtaking, and the breakfast pretty good too.
The room was a bit small, with no view.

Aku and the boys are very friendly and helpful. Early arrival, no problem. Great location in the fort, amazing view during sunrise. Fully recommended.
