Premier king rooms suitable for one occupant.
Intimate, well maintained
The rooms were tiny - HVAC was loud and right over the bed - and loud. The bathroom vanity and space was hardly bigger than a closet - cramped for even one person. Nice furnishings however poor layout.

We only stayed one night.
I liked the front lobby, it was decorated with a big Christmas tree. The bed was comfortable as well.
Nespresso machine did not work, room felt small and stuffy.

Location. Large room.
The small shower area. The smallest washroom and tiny sink. Not enough closet space. No coat rack or hooks in room for coats/wet jackets. We requested for a coat rack but they didn't have any. Not enough space in washroom for personal toiletries except for a tiny ledge over the toilet. Not enough lights/lamps in the room. We stayed for 3 nights but it was not a comfortable stay as we couldn't settle in. Wouldn't recommend for families.

Great location. Nice lounge area. Friendly staff.
No kettles for tea in the room only an expresso machine which if course is great for the coffee drinkers. Its more than $4.00 for a cuppa tea downstairs but coffee is free in the rooms.
I do love being in a room where you can open the windows for some fresh air but you cannot do that at this hotel. My rm was on the small side so I get kind of claustrophobic when you cannot open windows.

Great place to stay
Great location and a very comfortable bed. I spent a week at the Theodore. My room was great with a wonderful view, very quiet and comfortable.

Nice, quiet and comfortable hotel, room a bit small.
Comfortable room, could control the heat. Very clean, quiet and all staff were very pleasant. Good shower, staff provided extra coffee for the machine, no probs. Good location as we walked everywhere we wanted to go.
Room and bathroom were a bit small for the price (but Seattle is expensive, I guess).
