    THIS IS A BANQUET HALL MASQUERADING AS A 4 STAR HOTEL! Read Review before booking!!
    Just a well kept hotel with parking.
    ONLY VEGETARIAN FOOD. NO BAR. STAFF NOT TRAINED, KEEPS KNOCKING ON THE ROOM WHEN THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN IS ON!! PUSHES YOU ASIDE TO REACH FOR A GLASS WHILE AT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. IT IS A CONVENTION CENTRE, NOT A HOTEL!! THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW HOW TO USE THE KETTLE TO POUR MILK! THEY DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE TEA SERVED AT THE BUFFET IS WITH OR WITHOUT SUGAR!! Booking.com should make a separate category for BANQUET HALLS masquerading as 4 star hotels!! Without any food options Im not really sure what is the 4 stars for!! I shouldve booked Orchid or Radisson. This place is full of people here for a wedding!!

    i reached hotel by traveling for 18hrs at morning 4 and i was very tired and while check in i asked for cold water and check in guy denied it said we don't serve water i was very surprised by his answer,i travel a lot but who will denie the glass of water

    Location and wedding hall.
    We paid for 2 rooms for 6, the cost was 1.6 times to cover for 3 people per room. There was one double bed as advertised, but for 3rd person the hotel provided a poor quality mattress on the floor. All the items in the room like towel and cups were only catering for 2. The room was also small. The staff was a bit rude and unhelpful. Paid for 6 but only got facilities for 4.
