The pool was warm ( hot) and my kids was very happy about that Have the Boston pizza it's a bonus We love this hotel

We asked for a room wirh kitchen but we couldn't cook because the pan was old and it burned our food

Great price and clean

The staff at the lobby was really friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice area around the university to walk and clise to main highways.

There was a lot of chlorine in the pool.

Never going back. Staff rude

Beds were comfortable

Dirty. No one came to clean our room. Pool spa area was filthy. Water was dirty. Towels all left around pool area. Hotel was overall old and dirty.

Easy to get to

Event was noisy past midnight. Couldnt enjoy the spa, the warm pool wasnt working. Kids splashing and jumping on guests in the pool. Kids screaming, screaming up and down the halls. Got a massage and the masseuse had to tell the kids to go play in their rooms. Parking was a nightmare due to people who were invited to the events, yet people who paid for a room couldnt even park, had to circle the parking lot ++ times for almost 45 minutes. Staff told us to park at the little mall about a kilometre down the road.

Excellent stay and would definitely stay there again

Indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. Room was on the top floor so very quiet. Nice bathroom, though a bit small. Convenient to the bus stop for central Quebec City and the railway station

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as planned

Great Location and very helpful staff, comfortable large beds, but for a brit everything here is large! A number of restaurants nearby which was great. Quite near the war museum and it was well worth a visit and easily walkable to the Canada museum, which was excellent.

We thought a bit expensive but probably due to the location, it was quite busy but that is to be expected. having a carpark was great but getting in and out especially with a large SUV was tricky.
