    The location was amazing. The hotel itself is really nice. The 3 best restaurants are within hotel property. Excellent location for a nice peaceful stay.

    Good location, friendly staff, lovely clean room.
    The facilities are excellent and the location perfect. The staff were also very accommodating with all of our requests. Good very good although high price for the area (ok for convenience).

    We booked last minute and quite often happens we were given a terry room location despite the hotels, next to the lift a
    We loved the location, perfect for Mall Street.
    Its was really cold and they gave us a fan but it didnt help. We ended up getting a second fan. We slept in socks and sweatshirts. Also the next morning we had breakfast in the hotel and it was really cold again as the door was open onto the outside. Also the staff werent friendly in the restaurant which is a shame as the hotel staff were lovely. Our room (105), ground floor was noisy due to the night club next door.

    It was a bit overpriced stay for us
    its a property with a scenic view. Its right on the Mall Road so its a no car zone. Whole Shimla has parking issues and the available parking space is very expensive. I have a baby and the staff was kind enough to sterilise my babys bottles. Breakfast buffet was really good and the hotels restaurant was also nice but little expensive. One interesting thing I saw in their room menu was baby food like porridge and all, that was very thoughtful.
    One thing I didnt like about this place was they give only one packaged drinking water per day. If you are a couple with a baby or a kid, you need more drinking water. The cot they gave was little unpleasant, may be they can clean them and change them from time to time.

    Just a pleasant stay in a prime location. But is overpriced overall.
    The location, the cafes and the restraunt of the property were good. The top floor mountain view room was nice, hotel is clean. The Staff were very polite.
    The food is way over-priced. I was charged around 700 for just plain khicdi, raita and two papad. A Rs 20 mineral water bottle is Rs 180 inside the hotel. To be honest the food is not even the worth the price. Food needs to be better in taste.

    Great cosy stay, in a great location.
    Location is great, right on the main road. We had a room with look over the town and valley. Good restaurant and bar in the same building.
    Breakfast provided to the room was not good. Dry pastry.
