    The location was great. The receptionist during the night shift was sympathic, tried to resolve the AC malfunction.
    Although our rooms were not ready by 14h00 only after 15h00, the hotel did not offer us any compensation whatsoever. The AC in our daighter's room was blowing only cold air, it did not heat at all in December. We were offered by another room where the AC did not work either and then by a third one that was lower category and noisy, so our daughter stayed in the original/cold room... The carpet in front of the bed had several thick staines. There was black mold around the bathtub.

    Very clean and comfy bed. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, they reccomended tours for our family to explore the place. The place is excellent to stay for our short trip. All tourist sites are walkable around. Even the public transportation are few steps away. The property is situated in the shopping area and we were able to spare some time shopping!! I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!

    Great location to stay. We will not mind staying again here if we were to come back to Budapest
    The mattress was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very close to metro line and a few attractions. The rooms were kept clean.
