Clean, quite spacious for the money, especially bathroom. Close to a lot of eateries, staff was polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Great and memorable
Clean and near to town and airport. The hotel staff quickly called me after i check out because they thought i left a card in the room. Really good service and also the room is clean and quiet.

The photos posted by property in Booking.com bear little resemblance to actual state of property.
The actual room had mould and ants in bathroom and cracks with peeling paint on the walls.
There are loud noises from construction work in the day.
Windows are not double glazed so traffic sounds are constant.
On check in, potential guests should note that the hotel only allows 1 piece of luggage to be stored.
There are no usual amenities given.. No toothpaste, toothbrush, tissues, mini fridge or coffee and tea. A Kettle is given with 2 mugs.
Guests should note that there is no face or hand towels... Only a bath towel.
Bed linen is not changed unless you specifically request it.
At least the bed and pillows are clean.

Close to airport and eating places
The hotel room condition wasn't consistent with photos posted by property. The bathroom had ants, mold, main door had rusty security chain. Reception staff surly and unhelpful. Guests should note that housekeeping will not change sheets during period of stay, no amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, tissues, coffee or tea provided.

Location, cleanliness, pricing is good. Our room size was okay, not too small, but not big either. The washroom size is spacious and side handle on the wall is available, great for elderly/patients.
On our first few nights, no sounds issues because maybe the room next to ours were empty. But on our last night, the wall is obviously not sound-proof.

Location is good, not far from Samajaya Industrial area
I read about hearing the noise from next room but for me it was ok. I slept soundly.
