    The location of the houseboat is great. It offers an open view of the lake and the mountain ranges. The staff is friendly and service is good. We had the houseboat to prepare dinner for us. Superb delicious local dishes.

    Interior was ok but not so good.They have written that houseboat is in front.lane but actually it is located in the back side of the road.
    The worst part was it's location.The houseboat is surrounded by muddy n wild grass which makes the place dirty however the front view is good.The exterior of the boat is also very poor with old paint n stains all around.Concluding it's not a good place to stay

    It's very good accommodation with food, awesome view, good heater, 24 hrs hot water and nice to stay with family members. Overall nice boat house and good hospitality. Boat house owner personally takes care of each and every thing and speed of wifi is also good. Totally satisfied with their serviceI am definitely going here againhighly recommended

    best thing was the owner bilal bhai and the facilities that have been provided to me plus the amazing view from outside the boat. facilities are exceptional, room has blanket with heating system, with attached private lavatory. no extra charges for anything. it was overall the best experience for me as a first timer in kashmir and in houseboat as well.

    The friendly behavior of the owner was great. The heavy blankets and bed heater helped us to survive that night. The biriyani was outstanding.
    No hot water in such a cold environment. It was 4 degrees outside and no hot water was available. No toiletries except soap. It seems Indian people don't use proper toiletries in daily life. Saw a small mouse in the room. May be due to the location which is above water. Didn't like to stay there.

    Bedspread,towels , old bedspreads were dumped below the bed.
    Unwashed bedspreads and towels, pillowcase overall Not a good experience . Hire a vehicle for local sightseeing , vehicle was too dirty.

    My experience in House Boats at Srinagar.
    Every thing were up to the mark. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Breakfast and dinner provided by then are plenty and good in quality.
    Need some improvement in the stairs of the house boat they are in dilapidated condition it is difficult for aged person to use it.
