    Good location & good price
    Good location in a small town with a supermarket over the street & nearby, walking distance, 2/3 restaurants. We didnt try them but for Iceland to have these nearby was good. Fuel station opposite also. Quiet location with good carpark. Offered a wake up call for the northern lights. Breakfast available & restaurant also.

    Great staff and breakfast
    There was a storm so the hotel was at capacity but the staff were so friendly and accommodating through all the people trying to get rooms. The breakfast was great. We were able to walk around and do a little shopping which was nice.
    We had to settle for single twin beds which was fine. I think they were OK for sleeping. There was carpeting in the hallyway /room which I am allergic to (dust) so that would be the other item. I was a little stuffed up. But I would totally go back there for the staff and breakfast.

    Not the hotels fault there was a function on that went on past midnight. AND the singer was awful I mean really sh!t. If you going to allow karaoke it should only be open to Filipinos

    Really comfortable room with a nice view and very nice bar area Excellent staff
    There was a slight smell to the water which I guess was due to the supply, not the hotel's fault

    Lovely hotel in Egilsstadir
    Nice hotel room with good size bathroom and hotel is within walking distance to Netto supermarket. Comfortable beds.

    One of the best places to stay in the area.
    Breakfast is good and the bar area is nice to sit in.
    No gym. The evening meal menu has no options for those that just want a simple burger etc. Better to go out to the many gills and pizza places than pay such a premium for the food.
