    Perfect oasis in the middle of overpriced Geneva
    Staff is the massive asset of this place. Complements old charm of small traditional hotel very nicely
    Booking management - needed to stay one night longer only find out on checkout it was accepted but was not informed in time. Very minor glitch

    The staff were great. Very warm atmosphere. Big room compared to other hotels for the same price. Had a fireplace which was amazing and they offered to light it up with real wood.
    The room had a view to a very industrial roof. Some pillows were awful and i only realised it when in the morning. We came in early but the room was ready not at our time so a delay of 10min. And check out was at 12:00 next day but we asked to extend ur it until 12:30 due to their delay. The room was clean just a little old.

    Short stay in Geneva on the way through was Italy to France. Wet weather, so shopping day.
    Location was excellent. Staff were wonderful. Very helpful
    We are used to sleeping cool, so if I was being picky, Id say the room was too warm even on the coolest setting

    Picturesque old world luxury, perfectly situated.
    Perfect location in a pretty pedestrian square in between the old city and the designer shopping area. A compact, boutique hotel, whose primary aim is to offer travelers luxury and a warm welcome. A relaxing breakfast service, unhurried and consistent.
    The rooms offered limited opportunities for charging devices in this modern technological age. Plug sockets were old, hidden and sparse. The TV seemed to have a life of its own!
