The hotel was very nice with a good connection with public transport to the city centre, Staff was very helpful and facilities very good and clean. There is a are with spa, pool, sauna, hamam - very nice.

The spa looks fairly new. It has a good sized pool, two very good saunas and a steam room. If you're looking for a hotel with spa, I'd recommend. We didn't use the fitness room so can't comment on this.
Really comfy bed.
Good shower.
Only 4 tram stops from the centre and a short walk from the tram stop to the hotel.
Paper cups in the bedroom and the bathroom. It's not sustainable and we would have preferred proper glassware and crockery. Only two sachets of milk. We had to ask for more which they were happy to provide.

Strange but fascinating hotel with a blend of comfort and confinement!
The bar area is very good in terms of choice and comfort, busy and bustling giving that eclectic and cosmopolitan vibe. Reception staff were excellent, bar staff however a bit rushed and as a result a tad forgetful on occasion (not their fault)!!!
The hotel is an overload of concrete and although this can be aesthetically pleasing whilst eating etc, the use of this in rooms and bathrooms becomes more aligned with imprisonment! Maybe that was the designers goal if so then very successful! In all vastly overpriced rooms for what they are, no fridge, little storage and very small!!

The most comfortable hotel room and bed Ive ever stayed in
We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. It has a jacuzzi and was the more fantastic layout. 4min walk from local train to get into the city centre to Christmas Markets and cheap.
