The Hutton Hotel offers a great location, close to downtown and various activities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The rooms are nice and comfortable, although on t (Read More)he smaller side. The hotel has a bar and a music venue, which adds to the overall experience. However, parking is expensive and some rooms may have overlooked cleanliness issues. Overall, it is a beautiful location with immaculate service.

The staff, the vibe, the view from our room on the 11th floor! And Evelyn's restaurant was amazing!!!!
The only thing we should have had but didn't was a microwave in our suite. Other than that, it was great. I heard they're making upgrades, but a microwave in a room with a fridge and coffee etc is a must!

Cool music driven themed hotel near the bars in downtown Nashville.
Check-in and check out. Fender Guitar loaner service. Coolness of the lobby area. Fast elevators. It is walkable to the Starbucks near the Conrad hotel, the Whole Foods and even to the Broadway Honky Tonks about 1.2 miles away.
Parking fees. The hotel should actively promote other parking locations that guest can use besides the $42 a day parking deck. Desk clerk said they did not own the deck and had no control over it. I would have moved to a less convenient location since we did not use the car during the stay.
Room was about like an Aloft or Indigo in size and furnishing. So the lobby is cooler than the room.
There was no coffee in the morning either in the room or the lobby. There was no incentive to stay at the hotel and use the restaurant or the bar,.

The location was convenient to walk to broadway. The hotel is connected to a carpark.
Stayed 2 nights and did not receive the security deposit back. Staff didn't mention the deposit during checkout but I didn't think to ask as the room was left exactly how we arrived and we had stayed in several hotels across the US (on our way to nashville) where the deposit was returned immediately after check out. Contacted the hotel with no response. Would not recommend this hotel.
