We were given a tiny room that felt like an after thought. Pillows were not great. Valet was often backed up so had to wait for service.

Rooms were very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Whenever I needed anything guest services/ housekeeping was immediately there to deliver it. The location was great and within walking distance of everything! I would definitely stay there again next time Im in Seattle.
