Great Hotel to consider your stay in downtown Miami.

Very close to the city. Rooms are superb and spacious with the added balcony. Added restaurant and friendly staff made the additional stay a pleasurable experience.

Ordered bottle champagne to have ready in room hours before we got there. They never brought it up. Same lame excuse they didnt get the message when I called them directly. Then the guy at desk was rude about didnt in any way try to accommodate after the fact Called for my valet car same, waited 45 min in lobby after I called ahead of time in the room. Pillows way too big and uncomfortable and property SUPER LOUD. Between traffic and partiers in the hallways. Never stay their again
