Superb

Staff were extremely helpful the whole way through, even providing me with a phone charger which I'd forgotten. Views from the pool terrace at sunset were beautiful. Enjoyed the sauna and there was plenty of room in the gym to do some yoga.

Location is good. Breakfast was goods room was clean

In spite of 4 call, no body came to clear the room after dinner. I had to keep all the utensils myself our side the room. That might have created inconvenience to other gusts also. The main door was not closing properly and lock was not working. The bathroom sore was jammed, so O had to call house keeping and then it was repaired.

The hotel restaurant is most hopeless in service, quality of food n professionalism. We ordered soup they served us cold ready made soup. We ordered Nachos from menu, they serve corn chips with few drops of cheese. While the menu descriptions was with cheese, sausce, Gaucumale etc. when we called chef to explain he started saying nachos are like what he served. When we showed him the menu n description he became apologetic. We ordered another soup which the waiter forgot to order. Finger left the restaurant without eating. We found staff in restaurant very untrained n unhygienic. They were testing the drinks after preparing with spoon n putting the spoon in same glass served to customers. Never been to such a in professional Hyatt hotel restaurant in my life. I will not recommend anyone to eat at Hyatt restaurant at

Wont be staying here anymore - Always stayed at Hyatt all over the world - this one is the worst

For 250 US Dollars a night the least you would expect is breakfast - they wanted 70 usd more for for that

Been informed visiting time was till 6pm only - like we booked ourselves into a hospital not a hotel
