    A delightful stylish and very comfortable hotel
    This is a lovely art deco hotel. Our room and bathroom were stylish and elegant and the beds were big and very comfortable. The buffet dinner was very good with a nice array of food. The staff were very helpful.

    Overall good stay.
    It's an impressive heritage building and the location of the hotel is great. Loved the bathroom.
    Overall I think it was overpriced. Towards the rear of the hotel where I stayed, there were some old sofas placed that were spoiling the looks of the hotel. They need to be replaced.

    It was comfortable, but perhaps it needs a few extra layers to fine tune it.
    Comfort of the beds and location. The buffet and room service was great. We cant forget the swimming pool- entertaining for my daughter.
    There was no microwave oven - I classify this to be a standard item and I was disappointed when it wasnt available. The coffee machine wasnt working properly and the bathroom door kept coming off its hinges.

    Fantastic elegant stay at a very reasonable rpice.
    The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the bar and restaurants are great. Just a glorious step back into a sumptuous art deco era. Great value for money.

    This the only fairly good place to stay when family visits to Canberra
    Very quiet and clean Nice food Kind staff Good facility and so pretty (many photo spots)
    Far from everything (had to have uber all the time) Food coming out so late when having lunch at the restaurant

    Location
    The Hyatt Canberra was well known for its class, style and quaintness of the bygone era. It was disappointing to see the removal of the red carpet from the front entry stairs and no Hyatt staff member dressed in 'Plus Fours' to greet guests on arrival. These small touches set it apart from other hotels particularly noting the history of the venue. The breakfast venue was like a 'feeding at the zoo' with no quiet areas to relax, unwind and ponder the day ahead. In a nutshell its lost its charm compared to other Hyatt venues across the globe such the Hyatt Goa.
