Hotel room wasn't too clean, room service didn't arrive even though we asked also elevators were out of service for a couple of hours on 2 occassions we weren't even offered a glass of water while we waited very poor, tables in restaurant area weren't clean also breakfast was very disorganised also no shower/ changing facilities for swimming pool and staff very disinterested

Include the parking fee when booking, how many nights you stay add $50 to it.
Bed was comfortable, shower was nice.
Rude kitchen chef giving attitude, especially $50 parking overnight, lack of towels, no microwave inside the room, pool water is cold, also the view is literally a brick wall, you cant see anything. $400+ for this experience, not worth it.

Location was good and place was clean. Breakfast was a wide variety and nice.
Not fancy. Not really worth the price. Weird stain on couch cushion. Some staff was questionable namely one filling a take away plate every morning at breakfast and another whose mannerisms were the best. Food salty.
