Location was great! It is very picturesque in downtown Colorado Springs in late December. The staff was friendly and the rooms met the picky pregnant wife standard of clean. All around it was a great stay!
I found nothing to dislike.

I will definitely stay here any time I visit Colorado Springs.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. We felt safe, the staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to park right in front of the hotel, the pool and hot tub were great, and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations.

Would definitely book this hotel on our next trip to Colorado Springs.
We have stayed at this hotel twice while on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities excellent with a very good breakfast. We liked the central, downtown location as we able to enjoy walking to the local restaurants. Instead of using the hotels valet service we used the car park opposite the hotel for $10 a night.
