Disappointing

Sofa was nice to have in the room.

Road noise was so very loud all night long. Front desk gave us trouble with checking in because they gave my room to my sister in law and then when I tried to check in they argued though it was my booking and reservation, I had added her name to the king room and they gave her my room at check in. Finally worked it out.

Bringing in the New Year

The checkout time was better than all others I've stayed at. The process was simple.

The breakfast station needed some attention. Having an attendant clean the area as often as they bring out fresh food would have been helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay both times and definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and the check in and out process is very easy. The rooms are always spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in. They serve a good breakfast with a variety of fruits and hot foods. The location of the hotel is right by one of our favorite grocery stores HEB as well as restaurants, fast food and pizza places. It is located within 30 minutes of most places we visit as well as shopping when we come to the Houston area every 6 months. We have stayed at this hotel 2 times now this past year and had a good experience staying a week both times. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend the Hyatt Place Houston NW Vintage in Tomball Parkway to friends and family.
