    The view and the included breakfast were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. There was coffee and tea in the lobby and it was available all day. It was easy to find the property and get to restaurants and stores by car.

    Why is service in America always worse than in Europe?
    It was our first time at a Hyatt in America. We were disappointed. The pool smells disgusting of chlorine, there is nowhere to change clothes for the pool, and most importantly the breakfast - if you have ever been to a Hyatt in Europe, you will understand that the breakfast here is like a roadside diner. In general, American service and services are much worse than European ones, even in the same hotel chain. Compare even the check-in time - Europe, check-in 3pm, check-out 12pm. America check-in 4pm check-out 11pm

    An amazing trip to unwind and relax.
    It was amazing. The rooms were spotless, beds were so comfortable, and shower was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the restaurants in the area were delicious. Definitely staying there again. Great trip to relax and enjoy. The breakfast was delicious. 5 star hotel experience

    I will return because of the very nice manager Aung and the nice location!
    It was a nice hotel but we had to eat breakfast while the alarms were ringing the whole time. We especially like the front desk girl and the Manager at this site. Very pleasant.
    They had alarms going off on Mon morning because of an unannounced Elevator inspection!! I felt bad for the front desk attendant Kera but the Manager Aung was very nice. They did the best they could but the alarms went off for a couple hours in the morning:-(

    Our stay was pleasant and we will definitely return to the area.
    We loved the view and the location/surroundings. The layout of our room was great as well.
    There isnt much at all that we didnt like about the property. However, I will say that the welcome we received when checking in was not friendly at all and as a matter of fact, the lady acted as though it was a problem to check us in. She was rude and inconsiderate and her attitude was not what we expected after our 10+ hours of driving. Definitely room for improvement there!
