    Almost perfect birthday trip.
    The hotel was perfectly located near shopping and food! The room was extremely spacious and clean. Even though seeing the towels in the actual shower on a shelf confused us a little lol.
    When I first walked into the hotel to check in there was a young lady sitting in the wait area on the phone and no one was at the counter, of course I didn't think anything about it other than the front desk help must be somewhere else. After standing there for a few minutes, imagine my surprise that the young lady on the phone in the wait area was actually the front desk worker. She came over, and the only words she said were "Can I have the credit card you are using to check-in and she explained where the elevators were located(No good afternoon, how is your day) . All while the person on her phone still loudly held a conversation with her. I wouldn't say she was rude but definitely extremely unprofessional.

    Very friendly, clean, helpful, delicious breakfast with large variety, rooms spacious, comfortable bed. Housekeeping even spoke as they passed you. We have never had that happen.

    Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We would definitely stay again at this hotel.
    It was in a very convenient area for shopping and dining. My group and I were very pleased!
    We did see a few roaches in our room while we were there. Also the front desk didnt inform us that breakfast stop service at 9a during the week days.

    A good location. Okay rooms. The cost doesnt match the quality. Its a decent place.

    The room cleaning service wasnt that impressive. The breakfast is repetitive, not sure of the plastic spoons and plates. I liked the decaf coffee though. The toilet can be cleaner.
