Fantastic location and service
Everything about this hotel is top notch. All of the staff (front desk, manager, breakfast and cleaning staff) make the extra effort to accommodate your needs. In fact, the direct tv in the room was not broadcasting local channels due to contract negotiations. It was New Year's Eve and football, New Year's Eve shows were not accessible unless you did Chromecast from another device. Raul came to our room and set it up so we could watch our football and other shows. Room was spotless and well appointed. The lobby, restaurant and complimentary breakfast station were excellent.
No valet parking. Did not like to Chromecast from my own device. Would have preferred login to my streaming app (Hulu) instead. Hotel SW needs to provide more access to streaming apps.

The breakfast was not good, no variety, the kids were wishing for waffle or pancakes.
I personally didn't see a variety in the breakfast.
Another thing: the receptionist that checked us in was great. But I came back to ask another question he was busy so I went to the other receptionist which was a lady, she just ignored me and answered the phone in a really rude way to a point that my daughter the 8 year old girl noticed that and she asked me, Mama why she treat us like this ?

The location was great . Unfortunately after waiting in line for quite sometime it was slim pickings and out of regular coffee.
Having a coffee station outside of the food line might help things along . I noticed a lot of people bringing food to the table and then cutting the line to go back for drinks. A coffee / drink station in another location could help with that .

Enjoyed the stay and the hotel accommodation met my expections.
The breakfast was very good and had a variety of foods.
We had to call for clean towels after a couple of days staying there. Clean towels should have been left in room after several day of use.
