Hyatt Place Santa Fe is a good option for families, with a warm pool and hot tub. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly. The location isn't as convenient but the free breakfast is enjoya (Read More)ble with a variety of options. The rooms are fairly spacious and the hotel is within a short drive of nearby activities. The staff is consistently caring and professional, providing a pleasant stay. The only downside is that the walls are thin and noise can be heard from other guests. Overall, it's a recommended mid-level hotel.

Great property to layover at while travelling thru or as a resting spot while sightseeing Santa Fe.

Breakfast was excellent! Location was lousy...my room overlooked Discount Tire activity.

For the value it was well worth it....location not withstanding. Room was recently updated but the bathroom door wasn't properly painted....if it was newly painted at all.

This property exceeded our expectations and we plan to use it again on future trips to Santa Fe.

The room was spacious and clean with everything in proper working order. I was amazed at the quality of the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was hot, fresh, and plentiful. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous.

Most hotels have a complimentary coffee bar. The Hyatt had coffee pods in the room but nothing in the lobby. They did have a Starbucks station where you could purchase coffee, but no complimentary coffee. As you may assume, if this is the worst critique item, this property is a great value.

It was a great place to stop on our road trip. Easy to find. Super clean and welcoming and we were greeted with a smile. All the staff was very welcoming and nice!! We would definitely come back and stay again!
