    we took two beds room and it has a nice view of Space needle
    we arrived around 10pm at night with 5 luggage but no ones was there to help us

    This place needs serious upgrades. It has broken doors, faded paint, older look and worst breakfast.

    Breakfast area floor sticky / no pool / gym size of small bedroom. Allot of homeless around.

    Great location and friendly staff, but a little worn and tired.
    The location is really convenient for a great many things in Seattle. We were there for a concert at the Seattle center, and it was only a short walk to the venue. Plenty of decent coffee shops, bars, and restaurant options within a 10-15 minute walk.
    The hotel furnishings were a bit worn and tired, and though generally clean, updates and repairs were needed to make things look to a "normal" hotel standard. We enjoyed our stay but really didn't spent much time in the room. I thought the included breakfast was just ok -- better than a simple continental breakfast but not by much.

    The hotel is super well located, and the staff was excellent. The room was big and comfortable. I loved the shower and the mirror on the closet. Wifi worked well.
    It's a bit too soft mattress! The breakfast didn't have many options, but it was effective. The breakfast room was small, so sometimes people couldn't sit.

    Dan the great! We stayed for 3 nights and Dan was phenomenal. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Breakfast was great. The hotel was great we would definitely stay again. Nice and close to the space needle, we were lucky enough to have a room with view of the needle which our son loved. Thank you for a memorable stay and for going above and beyond for us.
