    Wonderful location, nice big room with comfortable bed. Shuttle with friendly driver to get you to & from the airport and to local restaurants.
    The inconvenience of the construction from the remodel, but it's to be expected.

    Location was great. Near my son's apartment.
    Restoration work you could smell paint and other chemicals they were using hotel looked wore out beyond repair room had pet stains,ac was not working worth a crap. It was very noisy.I originally asked for 2 queen beds and changed length os stay and instead of giving me my queen beds they change to double beds.Took some pictures if needed. I would like a full refund . Picture I have in lobby was about 3rd day of stay before that they had plastic all around it. Elevators were a mess also. Bathroom picture is elevator floor.

    Good value. Excellent staff. Hotel need to be updated, which they're doing now.
    I liked the staff. They were responsive and very professional.
    Very noisy. The hotel is somewhat dated. I do know that they are refurbishing it now.

    Thanks for the shuttle was very usefully since we were there for my daughter graduation from ASU
    Didnt realize construction was going on.After booking room was told no cancellation. Very noisy alarm testing over 15 minutes.room was dirty curtains, blanket.
