    I and my family enjoyed this trip. To sum up the hotel with location was great, also the staff were friendly and helpful

    Excellent place to stay with family to enjoy museums.
    The breakfast was much better than I expected, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, room was very clean, pillows were high quality, and the location was very convenient.

    Great location, and the breakfast is good value.
    The breakfast was good value and they changed the protein a couple times to offer alternatives to pork. The staff also didnt mind if you left with food to take to the room or with you.
    There was water linking in from inside the windows. I reported it a few times but there was nothing they really did about it.

    It was okay, but I expected more out of a Hyatt.
    It's $50 a night for valet, no choice seems like. Then the valet service isn't very good. Had to wait very long time to hand my keys over, only 1 guy isn't cutting it for all the incoming and outgoing guests. Was $200 bucks in valet Guest services doesn't pick up the phone...needed towels and other necesito multiple times and nothing. Had to go down to the lobby to ask for them directly.

    Good place to stay and explore
    Nice, cozy, and has a big room with a view to the crossroads. Comfy king-size bed and a big TV. The small coffee machine and a fridge in the room. The breakfast is nice and contains multiple options. The pool is compact and a nice GYM.
    There was no teapot in the room and it was uncomfortable to make a tea to threaten a throat due to the cold rainy weather.
