Property is new clean.

Lack of choices for breakfast. Same menu every day. Book including breakfast for 3 days, try 1st day and last day, same menu. Not many choice. Not worth to pay $22 for breakfast.

I would stay here again!

The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The scenery was gorgeous.

We had to use service elevators when we arrived. The room had a few stains in the carpet nothing major.

The hotel was very nice and well kept. I loved the welcoming nature of the front desk (the gentleman). The Barrel Room is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! The staff, the drinks and the food were everything.

Stair accessibility from the higher floors. Also, Starbucks, though a stand-alone, should be better stocked, or maybe the rooms should have more coffee condiments.

Its located by the mall and not far from downtown . The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Only thing I didnt like was paying for parking every night but other than that everything was great!

A true definition of hospitality.

The very considerate Front Office Manager and the entire staff made a whole lot difference in my ordinary stays in hotels specially during the holidays. Good job, team!

The parking garage being smelling of pee. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, up to the standard of Hyatt hotels. The staff are friendly and warmly welcoming.
