Overall, guests had a positive experience and appreciated the convenient location near the city center, shopping precinct, river, and botanical gardens.

    Excellent location, very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed live music by the pool in the afternoon/evening.
    No seperate bathroom light, would have preferred one rather than turning on more lights and waking someone else up. Would have been good to have a spa at the pool area.

    Wouldnt stay there and I.
    It was too humid and hot. The pool couldnt be used for swimming . People just stood drinking in the pool
    The staff needs to be trained to be professional and friendly

    Theres a bit poor service in dining hotel area , couldnt have our breakfast , I think there werent enough staff working in that part

    The restaurant was so busy when we tried to order food after a long day of travelling at 9pm they told us wed have to wait 1 hr 45 mins. I had a toddler with me who was raging she was so hungry. The only water available is tiny glass bottles. There is only valet parking for $69 (a joke). The staff were ok, but didnt seem to care to try to help us find compromise. Wouldnt stay here again.
