    It was my first time and it was so great I signed up for rewards.
    The room was big, updated, and very clean. It was connected to the convention center and it made it easy to get to my event all weekend.

    Great hotel but your second floor restaurant closes too early. Breakfast Buffett is overpriced at $.
    Breakfast buffet was mediocre and overpriced
    I didnt like the fact that I could not get a late night snack after 10:00 at your 2nd floor bar/ restaurant. Tour staff at that restaurant was superb but extremely understaffed causing delays in getting our meal.

    My stay was Excellent overall.
    I like the cleanliness it was comfortable and it was also right in front of the Arena where I went to the concert so I was able to walk.
    That the water in the room you have to pay 2.00 for and the room itself is pretty pricey.

    It was nice and I would stay again!
    Convenient, clean, and helpful staff.
    The only thing I can say we didnt like is the signage from the hotel to the parking garage was small and not easy to find. We spent an extra probably 10 minutes walking in circles.

    Hotel has lovely people, a great location, well appointed rooms, but hope you get quiet people next door.
    The location was lovely. Right downtown, adjacent to the arts district. The room was well appointed, tastefully decorated, well lit, with very comfortable beds, lots of plugs, safe, fridge, ridiculously large television, and nice little desk and comfy chair. In room desperation coffee as well. Good water pressure.
    The public spaces are a bit dated, just because of the architecture. Getting to and from the parking garage via skyway is labyrinthine (going through multiple sections, buildings, skyways, ramps, escalators, and has poor/inadequate way-finding signage.) The killer for me though is that the acoustic separation between rooms is inadequate. I could hear conversations of people in the next room, and they werent being unreasonably loud. So, even though there was a very comfy bed, I got almost no sleep.
