Clean hotel.
Nice hotel, but a bit oudated. The breakfast is located on two levels, very busy. The rooms are small. High price for what you get.

Overall the stay was ok 7/10
Room was very spacious and clean. Location was ok although rather in a quiet spot. Breakfast choice was ok, nothing wow.
The service at breakfast was very poor. Egg station was very poorly ran and customer service response was not great at all. Everyday we was directed to the 2nd location for breakfast which was downstairs in a dull location. Was not impressed at all.

Fabulous , friendly hotel in a captivating country
The decor was lovely, the staff were friendly and welcoming . The rooms were spacious and clean and the facilities were very good.
Market24 restaurant was just great . Everything on the menu was cooked to perfection.
The meet and greet door staff were exceptional- very helpful with our bags and getting taxis for us Especially Isaqh he was just such a kind and friendly man, so calm always smiling and willing to help.
I wish they had ice machines on each floor so that we could help ourselves to ice as every time I wanted ice for my room I had to call room service .

Overall good experience
The staff is very polite. Every day at breakfast Suraj and Merlin made the breakfast comfortable. The spread of property is good the size of the room is good
Locking of the mini bar although we are using the mini bar, that I found surprising as we have not deposited for mini bar. In case of any usage daily room service can report the consumption from mini bar. I think it can be handled better.
