Dont eat at the restaurant, better go outside.
The hotel staff were horrible. We were 5, ordered lunch, 3 meals were ok not really good but ok, but the remaining two had rice not well cooked, we called the staff who served us and pointed this out, asking nicely if the rice would be changed so we caj continue with our meal, she said ok and took the food away, we waited an hour, no feedback. We called the manager who after listening to us, asked us so what do you want? How do you expect the staff to know customer service if the manager is rude?
We also ordered suprise birthday cake to be delivered to our room at 11 p.m (ordered during the day at 1 p.m) and no delivery was made, my husband had to physically go and ask again.

Just the location
From the moment we reached there was a disaster We had requested for early checking We did not get the early check in and we checked in 1 hour later than standard checking time We checked in at almost 5:00 p.m. We waited an hour and a half.
One of the rooms had a problem with the air aircon system so the room was very humid and wet, floor was wet and when we complained they just mopped the floor and they put the air content temperature on 18degree and they asked us not to touch the air.
The room was as cold as f*** and with the witness in the room My mother got sick.
So we left the next day and we shortened our trip.
When I asked them to change the room the first night they said it's not possible.

Pool bar was closed during peak hours, lack of staff around the pool area. Beach is not private, everyone can access. Definitely not one of Hyatt's best

1. Your housekeeping did vacuuming of a room next door (i believe) at 2 freaking am on Christmas day. I called the front desk and it still continued for 5-10 mins. Crazy and inconsiderate.
2. Some cushions at the cafe are so dirty and crumbles of food found in between the chair panels. I did verbally complaint.
3. I waited for a good 5 mins standing behind 2 of your staff at Kampung (counter), they were arguing about someones orders etc. They didnt even acknowledge me at all. This is so not a 5 star establishments service.
4. Kapitan chicken is super salty!
