This hotel is in perfection location!
We got there little early from check in time but room was ready and they checked us in!

Comfortable stay in nice location.
Nice location next to the ferry building. Room was modern and spacious with large balcony overlooking the bay.
Minimal information on hotel facilities provided at check in. Also we weren't given any information on what was included in the destination fee, had to find out from another guest.

Good place to stay but not perfect for families
Great location, big and clean gym, large and comfortable room with great city view. A lot of space to sit and hang out in the lobby and there are many conference rooms. It feels like a good place to stay for business trips.
The lobby is very dark because of the design, wish there was more natural light. No restaurant on site, only a food market and a bar. Dining options are very limited. No in-room dining either. Wish there were a swimming pool, too. The parking downstairs is very convenient (not part of the hotel) but the valet parking is $80 per day. The staff work there are very friendly and professional, so not a big deal for us.

The hotel is spectacular when you walk inside. The room we had was very comfortable and we had a view to the Ferry Building. Service was very efficient. Beds were very comfortable

Location, great staff, comfy beds
The regency club staff upstairs needs to be on the same schedule as the one that is handed to the guests.
We tried to go for the afternoon snacks, and there was nothing served. We asked and they said no not til later for dinner service.
Very disappointed and we paid alot for that service.
Also after 1st use, my card wouldnt work to up there anymore
