    Pleasant experience apart from food poisoning
    Beautiful hotel, comfortable room with a stunning view, big gym, amazing beach area with all facilities, large swimming pool, nice aqua park area, good variety of restaurants( especially Asian restaurant and buffet)
    Lack of food options for babies, unimpressive desserts intorms of tase, slow service, irregular room cleaning service. Also me and my family had food poisoning which made us use a very expensive medical services at the hotel.

    The stay was excellent, food was delicious, and lots of fun things to do at the resort.
    Breakfast was good. Food was good. There was a wide variety of food which was great for my picky eaters.
    A better system where that tells you where the meals are would be helpful

    Excellent service, polite, attentive staff. Especially the staff and food options at Mercado restaurant always amazing for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great attractions for the kids. Thank you for making our stay so fun.

    Accommodation Pool Beach
    Waterpark staff are less trained Safety protocols needs to be managed better Restaurant food are not good quality. Fresh (Natural) juices are not there. Hash browns are soggy so is sprint rolls and croissants in the morning. Overall food is not even 2* quality
