Staff is great. The hotel is fairly close to a metro station (around 10 minutes from it) and next to a mall where you can find everything. Nice shower

A frigobar to drink something cold and also to keep baby food cool would have been nice to have. Also a kettle would have been great to have.

That was nice.

I particularly love the hospitality of the staff members and the complimentary luggage storage for guests. We stayed at your esteemed hotel from 26th November until 27th November. We checked out on the 27th around 11 a.m. and left our luggage in the storage. It was very convenient for us to explore the city without carrying any extra luggage.

We felt somewhat offended by an incident that occurred during our night out on Saturday (26 November). Upon returning to the hotel around 5:30 a.m on 26 November., we were stopped by a gentleman (I believe he was a security guard, not the front desk attendant) as we entered the elevator. He halted all three of us to check our room's key card. I'm unsure if this is a standard procedure applied to others, but we were unhappy about the experience.

the only staff who was attentive was Lamya .

No air conditioning. No manager to complain. the whole building was off with A/c. they asked me to open the windows!!! bad attitude
